Instead of relying purely on fixed catalogs and manual estimations, customers can now seamlessly simulate entire office layouts and check instantaneous pricing.
Challenge
Evolving from Static Catalogs to Spatial Sales
Traditionally, Fun-it-Urs sold office furniture via standard specification sheets. Clients had a difficult time visualizing how different modular parts (desks, expandable shelves, storages) would fit together in their actual office space. Through the introduction of VIVAR's 3D platform, Fun-it-Urs moved to a "Space Design" sales structure where buyers map out holistic workspaces and generate accurate custom quotes instantly without a multi-day consultation loop.

- Live Spatial Quotations — Transforms abstract furniture purchasing into a visual CPQ journey. Quotes are recalculated in real-time depending on the modules drafted in the 3D space.
