Pricing FAQ

Which stage should we start with?

Most teams start with Pilot. Proving it on one product in 4–6 weeks before expanding to Product carries the least risk. If the decision is already made, starting at Product is fine.

Why are there no prices listed?

Effort varies a lot with product structure, option combinations and integration scope. We confirm your products and goals on a call, then send scope and pricing together. You get a rough budget range on that first call.

Can we reuse what we build in the Pilot?

Yes. The 3D assets and configuration rules from the Pilot carry straight into the Product stage. Nothing is rebuilt from scratch.

How does maintenance and support work?

Maintenance is a separate subscription from the build. It covers updates, bug fixes, technical support and performance monitoring, and scales to the level you need.

Can we skip a stage or expand later?

Both work. You can move up at any point, and we scope the additional work and timeline separately.

What should we prepare for the call?

Your product lineup and option structure, how quoting works today, and which systems need integrating. You do not need existing 3D data to start.
