VIVAR provides an AI-powered manufacturing operating system that includes CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) functionality, 3D rendering, and workflow automation tools for manufacturing businesses.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Share your account with unauthorized parties
  • Upload malicious code or harmful content

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of VIVAR services are owned by VIVAR and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data and content uploaded to our platform.

6. Payment Terms

If you purchase a paid subscription:

  • Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice
  • You're responsible for all taxes

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend service for maintenance, security reasons, or legal requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

VIVAR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
