Through VIVAR's 3D configurator, users can easily experience the unlimited expansion of Rebrix Chiffonnier. The intuitive interface allows anyone to configure products easily by organizing rows and columns through rails and adding various modules to each section.
The Challenge
From Selling Pre-configured Sets to Customized Products
In online commerce, it was difficult for users to directly configure modular products, so Rebrix had to sell only pre-configured single products. This limited consumer choice and made it difficult to reflect customization demand. However, with the introduction of VIVAR's 3D configurator, users can now configure their desired combinations in real-time, visualize them, and purchase them. This customization experience increased customer satisfaction and naturally led to higher average order values.

Flexible Configuration
Users can freely adjust the width and height of rails while maintaining ease of use. All module units can be added at each height following the same rules, securing both high flexibility and easy usability.
Realistic Rendering
Using the latest 3D WebGPU technology, the texture and material of steel rails and solid wood are realistically expressed. Ghost models at each configuration stage allow users to intuitively understand how to use the system.
AR Preview
After configuring the product in 3D, users can place the completed shelving in their own space through AR functionality to experience it realistically. This naturally leads to purchase decisions.
Seamless Purchase Flow
All settings are linked to the shopping cart, allowing users to immediately purchase the completed product configuration. Quotations can be printed or saved as PDFs for offline sharing.
